Here are a few answers to the most frequently asked client questions:

  • We provide all supplies and equipment to complete the work in your home, and you are sent an invoice once the work is finished. No need to be present during the service, have cash on hand or worry about supplies- we have you covered!

  • We provide and use naturally derived and non-toxic cleaning products. We believe in keeping both you and our staff healthy and happy.

  • We are fully insured and everyone that is employed by Your Housekeeper Colorado, LLC dba Castle Rock Housekeeper has passed a background check.

  • We believe in paying our staff over market rates for their work. While gratuity is always appreciated for exceptional service, you will never be prompted for gratuity on our invoices. Should you want to leave gratuity, Venmo will be shared upon request.

  • We understand your time is valuable, and we commit to being at your home on time on the day of your service appointment. We only reschedule under extreme circumstances.

  • Above all we want you to be happy. If for whatever reason you aren’t, we promise to work with you to make it right.
